Fill out the form on this page and a Coach will text you. We'll ask you a few questions to get started and see if Eat To Perform is right for you.
Once you agree to the plan, it's on! It takes just a few minutes to sign up and fill out your profile. After you do this step, we'll start working on your custom plan.


Meet your new best friend! Every Coach started out as an Eat To Perform member just like you, so along with their credentials, they are deeply familiar with the process and know how to coach you through tough times.
Your custom plan will be delivered to you in the Eat To Perform app. You'll get macros for your goals, start your diet cycle, plus you'll get access to FREE meal plan templates so you have meal ideas from Day 1.
Our app is designed to connect with Apple Health, My FitnessPal as well as other popular Food Loggers. Our app gives you a detailed view of your progress, and you'll use it to message with your Coach.
One check-in isn't enough. That's why your Coach checks in with you twice a week. You'll discuss strategies for events you have coming up, and nip any bad thoughts, feelings (or missed workouts) in the bud before a full week goes by.
